The rooms were exceptionally clean and equipped with an iron, ironing board, coffee/tea making facilities, and a TV. All the staff members were friendly and quickly addressed any issues. - the location was central and conveniently situated in the heart of the city, close to the cathedral, castle, and the cafe connected to the B&B.

I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel, and would recommend. I had a tasty breakfast. I had CHEAP twin room with drinks. It was a magnificent location next to the cafe attached to the B&B as well as the riverside. Moreover, Lincoln Guildhall was at a short distance from the place.

Location: the hotel was near the shops, and the cafe. Extremely comfy bed made my room impeccably clean.

My recent stay at Cafe' 42 Bed & Breakfast was a mixed experience. the location was excellent, just a short walk from the city centre, making it convenient for exploring. the rooms were spacious and as expected, with a small fridge in the room for medication and drinks, which was a nice touch. the whole place, including the bathrooms, was clean. The unrestricted parking on the road over the weekend was also great, and the British breakfast offered was satisfying. Cons: Not obvious to find 🔍.

The best part of our stay was the savoury and sensational breakfast. We had a budget room with a comfortable bed and convenient amenities like a refrigerator, electric kettle, and central heating. - the location was really close to Lincoln Cathedral, cafes, and accommodations. - It was very convenient being close to the center of town.

I recently stayed at Cafe' 42 B&B for 4 nights and it was the best B&B I've ever experienced. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Cathedral Quarter and main shopping areas. The owner, Ian, and Simon were both friendly and accommodating. The room, especially the Aintree room, had a direct door to a private backyard, creating a peaceful outdoor space. The attention to detail with thoughtful amenities like a nightlight was impressive. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Plus, the breakfast cooked by Ian was absolutely delicious. it felt like a home away from home.
